These terms cover your use of the fizpdf.fizteq.com website and the FizPDF app, both published by Fizteq Solutions SRL. By using the site or the app, you agree to them.

The short version: FizPDF is a free Mac app. It's provided as-is, you're welcome to use it for anything lawful, and the app you install from the Mac App Store is also covered by Apple's standard licence agreement.

1. The app licence

FizPDF is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), with these terms adding to it. Where Apple's standard EULA and these terms conflict, the standard EULA governs your use of the app.

2. Acceptable use

You may use FizPDF for any lawful purpose. You agree not to misuse the app or the website — for example by attempting to break, reverse-engineer beyond what the law permits, or interfere with their normal operation, or by using them to infringe someone else's rights.

3. Price and availability

FizPDF is currently offered free of charge. We may change its price, features, or availability, or discontinue it, at any time. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or backwards compatibility, though we try to.

4. No warranty

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important documents. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law are not affected by this section.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fizteq Solutions SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your documents stay on your device, and we don't collect personal data about you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site or app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply to you.
